Karan Gupta Education Foundation (KGEF) is a registered NGO in Mumbai under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and is pending registration under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations made under Section 80 G will be exempt from tax upon conformation from the Income Tax authorities.
